Breeze — AC e-commerce from scratch

Breeze

Challenge

The business sold and installed air conditioners in Minsk, but had no shop that could carry the sale: catalog, filters, selection, install, cart, and a manager who actually gets the lead.

What’s included

We built breeze.by from scratch on Next.js: catalog, search, AC picker, install/installment pages, cart, CRM/sales loop, SEO and ads. Standard commerce stack — catalog + lead + follow-up — done as a real storefront, not a landing with a phone.

Outcome

Live shop at www.breeze.by: catalog, selection, install from 450 BYN, cart, contacts. Traffic and inquiries wired into CRM and ads.

Challenge

HVAC in Belarus is a “call the brigade” market. The site has to do the first 80% of the sale: model, area, install price, delivery — then hand a warm card to sales.

Review

  • Queries: buy AC Minsk, wall split, inverter, install, installment
  • What must sit on the first screen: catalog, phone, cart, search
  • Which fields CRM needs: model, area, source, callback slot

Plan

  • Hero: buy with install in Minsk + catalog / call
  • Trust: equipment warranty + install warranty, brand blocks (Gree, Electrolux)
  • One loop: site → CRM → follow-up → ads retargeting
  • SEO on commercial pages, ads on high-intent queries

Ease of use

  • Catalog button, search, picker, install, installment, contacts
  • Wishlist / compare / cart — shopper habits, not a form-only site
  • Install and delivery explained before checkout

Look & feel

  • Photo hero of a real indoor unit, dark overlay, white CTA
  • Blue as the only action color in header and cart

Build

  • Next.js App Router storefront
  • Catalog, filters, product cards, cart
  • Selection / installment / install service pages
  • CRM integrations, analytics, SEO, paid ads setup
